What does my soccer club membership fee cover?
Our soccer club’s membership fees allow us to continue to offer excellent facilities for all players, coaches, referees and spectators.
Is your function room available for hire?
Yes. We offer cheap function room hire for Geelong events- including:
- engagements
- birthday parties
- end of year events
- corporate fundraisers and other private functions.
What does function room hire cover?
Bell Park Sports Club’s function room features a main hall, as well as a bar lounge that can seat an additional 100 people. Kitchen hire is also available, whether you’re self-catering or bringing a catering service in.
We offer chairs and tables, a stage, dance floor and lighting and sound equipment. Our Geelong function room hire rates include a $500 bond payable in advance, which will be refunded following an inspection of our function premises.
Do I need to organise security?
As part of the Bellpark function room hire agreement, our Function Co-ordinator will determine if security is required. If so, we can recommend security personnel from our preferred contractors. If security is necessary, we require two security guards for the first 100 people, and one guard for every subsequent 100 people.
